C&L Aerospace  |  2004 – 2005

Upon completion of my military career, I worked for 18 months as a combined sales executive and operations manager, providing services and after sales support to  the company’s military accounts. With its head office in Brisbane, I also worked in from the satellite office in Ventura, California USA and in Johannesburg in South Africa.

Laurus Enterprises  |  2005 – Present

I decided to leave C&L Aerospace to reignite my passion for growing leaders after enjoying it so much as an instructor at the Royal Australian Air Force College. In June 2005 I founded Laurus Enterprises Pty Ltd and I continued my relationship with C&L Aerospace as a leadership consultant for a further 18 months. I progressively built up my consultancy working in Australia and abroad with a diverse range of business sectors, including environmental science, public health, renewable energies, farming and agriculture, manufacturing,  finance, aviation, architecture, elite sport, recruiting and education. Today I am the lead consultant responsible for leadership development of aspiring and current independent school principals in Queensland. Whilst no longer trading as a leadership consultant under the Laurus name, I continue to be the Managing Director of Laurus Enterprises.

The 15 Disciplines  |  2018 – Present

In 2018 I wrote and published my first book The 15 Disciplines and transitioned my leadership consultancy into a business of the same name. I am now firmly established as a leadership expert, keynote speaker and author. In addition to facilitating The 15 Disciplines leadership programs, I am the chair of two exclusive roundtable groups and provide high impact leadership masterclasses to leaders from anywhere.
